Still dealing with some personal issues, Billy Ray Cyrus was spotted at the Bridgestone Arena for the 44th Annual CMA Awards.
The ?Achy Breaky Heart? singer looked a bit somber as he posed in a black jacket, white button-up, and dark trousers.
Coming up later this month, Billy Ray will reunite with his soon-to-be-ex-wife Tish (he filed for divorce on October 26th) to celebrate their daughter Miley Cyrus' birthday.
Miley told press, "[My family and I] need time to all be together. I'm not going to go crazy; [just] have a fun party and then maybe take a vacation with my family...because that would be really cool."
