Stella McCartney Welcomes Daughter Reiley

The fashion designer and husband Alasdhair Willis welcomed their fourth child, daughter Reiley, on Tuesday, Nov. 23 in London, her rep confirms to PEOPLE. The baby girl weighed in at 8 lbs.
