The ?Frasier? star and his bombshell fiance looked happy as can be as they embraced in the water before toweling off and soaking up some sun.
Meanwhile, Kelsey?s ex wife, Camille, will be joining Showbiz Tonight as a fashion and celebrity commentator live from the Oscars red carpet.
The red carpet special will air Sunday February 27 live from the Kodak Theater from 7-8 pm ET on CNN.
